How It Works

Responding to a Security Incident

A potential security incident is identified within your environment.

1. RSOC works with your team to assess and validate the incident

2. Guidance is provided to contain and limit the impact

3. RSOC assists with investigation and analysis of the activity

4. Your team receives recommended actions for recovery and remediation

What’s Required From Your Organization

• A designated point of contact for coordination

• Timely communication and collaboration during the incident

• Access to relevant systems, logs, or information (as available)
